No. Action-Powered Productivity in Tana (APPnT) is the successor-in-spirit to my productivity cohorts, focused on building a personal productivity system in Tana. There are no one-on-one consultations in APPnT, and no specific focus on managing teams with Tana. Additionally, there is no cap on the number of participants in APPnT—in contrast, Tana for Managers: Elite is designed for individualized attention.

T4M sessions are conducted live via Zoom. On the Elite tier, four sessions are one-on-one, scheduled via the booking link. For all users, there are five live group sessions for demos and discussion. In addition to these live sessions, participants will have access to our Action-Powered Productivity community on Circle, providing a platform for ongoing discussion and support.

Although there is no specific time requirement outside of the live sessions, participants will get the most out of T4M if they actively use and refine their Tana systems between sessions. This involves experimenting with different approaches, iterating on your systems, and preparing notes and questions for their group masterminds and (optional) one-on-one consultations.

There is no cap to the number of Core participants, though I anticipate an exclusive experience even in the group sessions. Elite participants are limited to ten to ensure personalized and intensive learning. This allows for detailed attention to each participant’s needs and fosters a collaborative environment in group sessions. We may not have ten, but we will not have more than ten.

Along with the live coaching sessions, T4M includes the Essential Tana Skills course, Tana for Tasks Core template and tutorials, and a free advance copy of my upcoming book The Rhythms of Productivity. These resources are for your reference, designed to complement the live sessions and provide a comprehensive learning experience.

Attendance at live group masterminds is encouraged to gain the full benefit of the program, but it is not required. Group masterminds will be recorded for playback, allowing flexibility for those who cannot attend live. Note that, if no one attends a group mastermind, there will be no recording.

For Elite participants: when you schedule a one-on-one consulting session, you are expected to attend. I understand shifting schedules and I do allow rescheduling through my booking system, but if you miss a scheduled one-on-one consulting session, it will not be made up.
